What Furmly is — and is not

Furmly records your pet’s health data and uses AI to describe what it sees in the photos and records you provide.

It is not a veterinary service and its output is not a diagnosis. It cannot examine your animal, and it can be wrong. Never delay veterinary care because the app said something looked normal. If you think your pet is unwell, see a vet.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping access to it secure. One account is for one person; do not share it.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, and we will delete the associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content

The photos and records you add remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store them, to show them back to you, and to send a photo to our AI provider when you request an analysis.

You must not upload content you have no right to upload.

Free and paid plans

The free plan includes a limited number of AI analyses and a limited trend history, and may show ads. Furmly Pro raises those limits and removes ads. The current limits and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play, not by us. The price you see in the app is the price Google Play charges in your country, in your currency.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel through the Google Play subscriptions screen in your Play account — cancelling in the app alone does not stop billing.

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period already paid for. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policy, and any statutory right of withdrawal you have in your country applies on top of that.

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may discontinue the service — if we do, we will give reasonable notice and let you export your records.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made about an animal’s health on the basis of the app’s output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
