Delete your Furmly account and data

Delete in the app (recommended)

You can delete your account from inside the app. It takes effect immediately — no request or waiting period.

• Open the Furmly app.
• Tap Profile in the bottom tab bar.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Read the notice, tap Continue, then tap Delete to confirm.
• You are signed out automatically and returned to the login screen.

Request by email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email info@expathub-all.com. Put "Delete account" in the subject and include the Google account email address you signed up with.

We verify the request and complete it within 30 days, then reply to confirm.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our database. Rows are deleted, not hidden.

• Account details — email address, Google account identifier, sign-in sessions
• Pet profiles — name, breed, birth date, weight, profile photo
• Health records — stool analyses, daily logs, uploaded photos, AI results
• Schedules — vaccinations, registration, deworming, both upcoming and completed
• Analysis data — trend insights, AI usage history
• Owner details — height, weight, sex

Data that is kept

The following is retained for a limited time, for legal compliance or to operate the service.

• Payment and subscription records — held by Google Play, not by Furmly, and we cannot delete them. Retention is set by tax law. Contact Google Play support about these.
• Server access logs — operational logs containing IP address and request time, deleted automatically after at most 30 days and not linked to your account.
• Deletion request correspondence — if you requested by email, we keep the request and our reply for one year as proof the request was handled.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete an individual pet. In the Profile tab, press and hold the pet in the pet list to bring up a confirmation.

Deleting a pet also deletes that pet's health records, photos and schedules. Your account and your other pets are untouched.

If you subscribe

If you have a Furmly Pro subscription, cancel it in Google Play separately. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

In the Google Play app: Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
